Meet Stacy
Author • Devotional Writer • Walking with women through faith and healing.
Her words begin in prayer
Stacy Huddleston is a Christian devotional author whose writing flows from a deep, personal relationship with God. Through daily prayer, time in Scripture, and a steady devotional life, she listens closely to the heart of the Father—and then she writes down what she hears, so other women can hear it too. Her books are, in many ways, simply an overflow of her own walk with the Lord.
Where her heart for healing was formed
Long before she was an author, Stacy sat with people in their most tender moments. As a licensed clinical social worker, she spent six years in hospice care, walking alongside patients and their families through the end of life, and later served as a bereavement coordinator, helping grieving people find their footing again. Today she continues that work as the owner of her own counseling practice.
Those years shaped everything she writes. They taught her that grief is not a problem to be fixed but a reflection of love—and that healing becomes possible when loss is met with compassion, validation, and gentle truth. It’s why her devotionals never rush anyone, and why her writing carries a counselor’s understanding of what the human heart quietly carries.
A love for the vulnerable—including the four-legged kind
Stacy is also a lifelong animal lover and a foster caregiver for dogs. Through years of caring for animals and grieving the loss of her own beloved companions, she came to understand firsthand the depth of the human-animal bond, and the very real grief that follows when it’s broken. That experience became the heart behind her Pet Loss Healing books—a place of comfort for people whose grief the world too often overlooks.
What she hopes you'll find here
Whether she’s writing about the women of the Bible, letters from the Father’s heart, or the ache of losing a pet, Stacy is always saying the same quiet thing: you are seen, you are known, and you are not alone. Her prayer is that you’d draw closer to God, recognize your identity in Him, and experience His presence in a way that’s real and personal—in both the quiet moments and the hard seasons.
She’d love to walk part of that road with you.
